From “fat guy” to competitive bodybuilder, James knows firsthand what it takes to transform your body—and your life. As a lifelong hockey and lacrosse player, he found it challenging to stay fit after aging out of sports until he discovered powerlifting and bodybuilding.

James understands how to fit fitness into a busy 9 to 5 schedule, having had an extensive career in IT Consulting before becoming a trainer. His mission is to help you see the potential for your physique and to inspire you to pursue your best self, no matter the obstacles you encounter.
